When we interview, we look not only for talent and skill, but for people yearning to improve their skills in a dynamic work environment. Upon being hired, they undergo continuous training and certification. Each of our technicians is required to not only meet ongoing industry standard certifications by I-CAR and ASE, the two industry-wide skill certification organizations, but to supplement that training with skill specific courses and certification in our Sterling University training program.
