Sterling Autobody Centers Expands Chicago Footprint - Naperville Store Opens April 12, 2010

Natick, MA April 12, 2010 Sterling Autobody Centers has opened a new, 24,000 sf. repair facility in Naperville, Illinois. This state-of-the art Sterling store is located at 24125 W. 111th Street.
Nick Notte, Sterling Autobody President notes, 2009 was a record year for the Sterling organization. Its gratifying to see our success allowing us to fund the growth of our business in this second of several new stores planned for 2010.
Sterling acquired this former collision repair facility and renovated both the interior and exterior, creating a cleaner, brighter and more attractive structure. Included is a customer-friendly office featuring warmer tones and retail-like conveniences. The repair center incorporates visual management fixtures of the Lean Manufacturing tenants which Sterling is renowned for in the collision repair industry. Many of the building elements remain, and new materials were carefully reviewed for environmental impact. The facility includes a dual Drive-In and enclosed estimating bays equipped with a professional appraiser office for customer privacy.
Sterling is committed to protecting the environment by reducing hazardous waste and creating a cleaner, safer environment for employees and the Naperville community. This location features air respirator systems, attending to employee safety and comfort, along with plans for future use of waterborne paint.
The new location employs 17 technicians and front office staff and is open Monday through Friday, 7am 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am 12pm.
In addition to the new Naperville location, Sterling currently operates repair facilities in the following Chicago area locations: Libertyville, East Dundee, Rolling Meadows, Blue Island, and Lombard.
