| Five Sterling locations were honored with the 2008 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award at the International Autobody Congress and Exposition. AutocheX provides customer satisfaction measurement services for over 9,000 auto body shops throughout the United States and Canada. Only the top 5% are recognized with this prestigious award. Shops are selected for their ability to outperform their peers in key measurement categories. The categories include: Kept Informed, Customer Satisfaction, On-Time Delivery and Repair Quality. Madison Heights, Livonia, Puritas, Columbus, and Midvale earned a combined Customer Satisfaction rating of 9.2 on a scale of 1-10. |
